Follow the on-screen instructions and allow time for your payment to process. Once your payment has completed you will be taken back to our website where confirmation of receipt will be given.
You will be sent an email confirming your payment has been accepted. Approximately four weeks before the event you will receive the following:
1. A race pack through the post. This will include your race number and I.D wristband. Your wristband helps us identify you in the event you lose your race number (somewhere in the mud!) and is also colour coded in accordance with your wave start time.
2. Race information email. This email will detail everything you need to know for the day; directions to the event, facilities available etc.
Your race number identifies who you are. It must be worn on the front of your top for the duration of the event. In case of an emergency you must also write your name and details of any health problems or medication on the reverse of the number.
If for any reason you lose your race number before the start of the event then go the registration tent (located on the start field) and you will be allocated a new one.
Your safety is paramount. Knowing your fitness level in advance we are then able to tailor the course accordingly and ensure the correct safety procedures and risk assessments are carried out. It may sound boring to you but it’s essential to us!
If you have any doubts over your health or ability to take part in this physical activity we strongly recommend you consult your doctor prior to signing up.

Yes, there will be a safety briefing before your race start time. It will include key hazards to watch out for as well as what to do if you cannot continue or become injured.
When you sign up to take part in an event you will have the option to choose the wave time you wish to be allocated to. To ensure you run with friends/relatives we highly recommend that you all book together. Once a wave has the maximum allocated numbers no further runners can be added. Likewise no requests to change wave can be accepted.
Changes to race participants details will only be accepted if full details of the new runner to include Name, address, telephone numbers, email address, t shirt size, fitness level, emergency contact name and contact number is emailed to office@themudyard,co.uk no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Any requests received within 30 days will not be accepted.
We recommend that you arrive at the event a minimum of 1 hour prior to your wave start time. This will allow you time to park and walk to the event field. A warm up and safety briefing will take place prior to your wave start time which you are required to attend in order to take part. Full details of the race day itinerary will be emailed out, published on the website and shared via social media sites two weeks prior to the event date.
